Meet the Team
We’re a small team of independent practitioners who share a passion for our work. Each member of the team specialises in their chosen discipline and undertakes training to build on their knowledge and skillset, as we feel it’s important to have a thorough understanding of our craft rather than try to diversify into too many different areas. This way we can ensure you’re getting the best possible care from an experienced practitioner**.
Kings Hill Back Pain Clinic opened in summer 2012 when I finally realised my dream and opened my own premises. Since then it’s grown steadily as a result of referral and recommendation and I’m privileged to work with such a great team at the clinic.
I look forward to welcoming you to the practice and working with you to help you get out of pain and getting on with your life.
Owner and Back Pain Practitioner
Natalie uses a combination of Dorn spinal realignment and targeted muscle release to gently correct misalignments of the body, relax tight muscles and guide you back into a pain-free state.
This approach works particularly well for low back pain but is also effective for other musculoskeletal issues including general back pain or neck ache, headaches, pain in the buttocks or down the arms or legs, hip or knee pain and general aches or pains. If something is causing you pain but you don’t know what, then you may benefit from a session with Natalie.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapist
Dean is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression.
CBT is a brief, time-limited therapy which looks at bringing about a reduction in your distress by developing an understanding of your problems and what is maintaining them, and works on changing unhelpful and/or problematic patterns of thinking and behaviour in order to work towards your treatment goals.
Dr Koula Asmiakopoulou
Dr Koula Asmiakopoulou is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Registered Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). Her work focuses on helping people ‘get unstuck’ swiftly from life’s problems, worries and concerns through a swift (no more than 6 sessions) and solution-focused approach.
** Please note: When booking with a practitioner other than Natalie you will need to contact, book and pay them directly. They are not employees of Kings Hill Back Pain Clinic and therefore we accept no liability for loss, damage or dissatisfaction during your experience with them. Please ensure you talk to them ahead of your session to ensure you are booking for the treatment you intend to. We make recommendations in the best possible faith but it remains the responsibility of the individual to check that such is appropriate for them. Booking implies understanding of and agreement to this.
